Refund Policy

14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with BabelKey Pro, you may request a refund within 14 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests received after this period are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable law.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available for first-time purchases of BabelKey Pro when the software does not meet your reasonable expectations and you contact us within the refund window. We may ask for brief details about your experience to improve the product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Abuse and fraud exclusions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with fair use—for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, or license sharing that violates our terms. Licenses revoked for abuse are not eligible for refunds.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase BabelKey Pro more than once with the same email or account, contact us within the refund window and we will refund the duplicate charge or consolidate your licenses at our discretion. Please include your order confirmation or receipt when possible.

Payment processor

All payments are handled by Paddle. Refund timing may depend on Paddle and your payment provider; credited funds typically appear within several business days after approval.
