BabelKey Pro is licensed for personal or commercial use by the purchaser, subject to these terms. Your license key grants access to Pro features for the lifetime of the product as described at the time of purchase. You may not sublicense, resell, or share your license key except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

Each BabelKey Pro license may be activated on up to two (2) devices that you own or control. If you need to move your license to a new Mac, deactivate it on the old device first or contact us for assistance. Attempts to exceed this limit may result in temporary suspension of activation until the issue is resolved.

BabelKey requires certain macOS accessibility permissions to read selected text and perform automated corrections on your behalf. These permissions are used only to deliver the app's core functionality and are not used to monitor unrelated activity on your computer.

BabelKey may simulate keyboard input and use the system clipboard to replace mistyped text with the corrected version. By using the app, you acknowledge that automated copy/paste and keystroke actions will occur in the active application when you trigger a correction or related command.

BabelKey, including its software, branding, documentation, and website content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the product as intended.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of BabelKey except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software without our prior written consent.

Purchases of BabelKey Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Payment terms, receipts, and tax handling are subject to Paddle's policies in addition to these terms. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

We may revoke or suspend your license if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, shared license keys in violation of device limits, or used the software in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Where appropriate, we will attempt to notify you at the email associated with your purchase.

BabelKey is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of BabelKey. Our total liability for any claim related to the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
